6 Day Itinerary: Sorrento - Capri - Pompei - Amalfi - Naples

Day 1 ~ Sorrentine Peninsula

 

Departure from Naples by bus and arrival and accommodation after 4 p.m.at the hotel in Sorrento. Dinner and overnight.

 

Day 2: Capri

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the port and boarding the ferry to Capri. We dedicate the day to the guided tour of the island. We reach Anacapri by minibus and visit Villa San Michele, where we will enjoy its panorama. Come back to Capri, we enjoy a walk to the Gardens of Augustus. After lunch, weather permitting, we participate in an optional excursion by boat between caves and coves. We return to Naples in the late afternoon and have dinner and overnight.

 

Day 3: Pompei and Vesuvian Villas

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, we start the day with a guided tour by bus of the ancient Roman city, immobile since 79 AD. after the terrible eruption of Vesuvius. Packed lunch and relax. In the afternoon we travel by private bus along the Miglio d'Oro where the Vesuvian Villas overlook the splendid noble residences of the Bourbon period. We meet the guide and we start by visiting Villa Campolieto, the Park on the Sea of Villa Favorita with the Casina dei Mosaici up to the Bourbon landing. We have dinner at the hotel.

Day 4: Amalfi Coast - Amalfi - Ravello

Breakfast at the hotel. We reach Amalfi Coast by bus. The whole day is dedicated to the guided tour of the Amalfi Coast to discover the beauty known all over the world. There is time for a stop at the belvedere of Positano, for a walk in Amalfi and for free lunch. If necessary, we make the excursion on the Amalfi Coast by boat or by minibus. In the afternoon we reach Ravello to visit Villa Rufolo. We return for dinner and overnight.

 

Day 5: Naples

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Naples by bus. We arrive in Naples Accomodation in hotel where we meet the guide that will introduce us to the extraordinary National Archaeological Museum. Lunch is free or we can take part in the optional experiential tour to discover the Quartieri Spagnoli, a walk of about two hours that will make you discover one of the most "real" corners of the city and that also includes pizza lunch. In the afternoon, a guided tour of the historic center awaits you, until you admire the Royal Palace with its interiors. We return for dinner and overnight.

 

Day 6: Return
Breakfast in hotel. End of our services.
